The deadline to register for this meeting is March 24, 2008.

| St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will be ordering food for each day of the meeting. If you would like to participate in the food provided than St. Jude will be collecting $50.00 per day to cover the costs (if you are also attending AICAP meeting and all days of CEIRS your total would be $200.00). This fee will cover the following: lunch for each day, snacks throughout the day and transportation to the CEIRS banquet.

The CEIRS banquet will occur on Wednesday, April 16, 2008, and will be at the Memphis Zoo. There will be no additional charge for the CEIRS banquet.
