This is where you will have the opportunity to provide us the title and abstract
of your proposed presentation: |

Instructions
|
| The one-page abstract must be prepared in Microsoft WORD format and save the file using your last name, for example, smith.doc. No PDF Files. Please type the abstract single-spaced, with a justified format; and for the font, use Times New Roman 12 point if possible.

The title should be brief and typed in upper case letters in bold face. Type authors' names and initials in upper and lower case letters and underline the name of the presenting author. Also provide the institution(s), city and state/country. |

At the bottom of the abstract page provide complete contact information for the presenting author. Please provide presenter’s full name, degree, complete mailing address, telephone, fax, and email address. |
| After your abstract has been received, you will then receive information by e-mail on when your presentation will occur.
